How do I buy?

-1. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCTS

Choose what you like best from our product list.
Once you have found a product you want to buy, click on the "Add to cart" button displayed on the product presentation page (or directly from the pages where the products are displayed as a list).

You can add more products by repeating the steps above, with the chosen products remaining in your basket.

-2. VIEW THE BOX

Behind the "View Basket" button puteți să vizualizati produsele adăugate cu prețurile aferente, puteți să modificați numărul de bucăți pe care doriți să le achiziționați (atentie la stoc, produsele noastre nu se produc în serie) sau puteți să renunțați la anumite produse, dacă v-ați răzgândit. Dacă ați efectuat modificări, vă rugăm să apasați butonul "Update" button to update your basket and view the correct payment amount.

Our shop, www.descult.com.ro, offers the possibility of delivery of ordered products by express courier.
The delivery time indicated in your email is an estimate and once the courier has picked up the parcel, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Naturally delivery time is between 1 - 2 working days from the moment we confirm your order.

We are not responsible for delays that may occur in the actual delivery process after the parcel has been handed over to the courier company.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or public holidays will be processed and confirmed on the first working day.

Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are provided correctly. Once a delivery has been dispatched, we cannot re-route the parcel nor can we take responsibility for lost parcels.
